The session was held in the evening of 12.08.2015, in the silver jubilee Hall and was lead by Dr. Deependra Moitra, President and CEO of Praxight Partners, Bangalore, a Consultation firm, whose clientees include foreign Companies.
Dr. Deependra Moitra, brought out the point that change is at the heart of organisational survival, renewal and growth. Also presented the change initiatives and also explicated the leadership attributes that facilitate the process of change. Around 45 functional managers / Entrepreneur managers praticipated in the session.
